Joining Eurosif
Affiliate membership of Eurosif is open to organisations with a commitment to socially responsible investment at a European level. Eurosif invites investment institutions, service providers in the socially responsible investment domain, NGO's, academic institutions, trade unions and associations or entities wanting to pursue the same objectives as Eurosif to become member affiliates.
To join Eurosif, member affiliates must already be members of their local national social investment forum, when such a forum exists in the country where their main office is located.
In joining Eurosif, member affiliates subscribe to the following Statement of Principles:
- Agree to support the work of and to disseminate information about Eurosif and the work of its members.
- Assist, either individually or with other Eurosif members, in improving understanding of Socially Responsible Investment and in supporting the theory and practice of SRI, including the concepts of engagement, ethical, cause-based, environmental and green investments.
- Use membership to develop relationships with colleagues and clients; in applying honest and thorough methods of research and evaluation; and in obeying the laws and regulations relevant to their profession.
- Commit to continual improvement.
