Since 2002, when our market-leading Investor Responsibility team was created, we have been delivering on our commitments to managing all of our assets according to responsible investment principles. We deliver on those commitments in four main ways:

• Through our activism on corporate governance, by encouraging companies to adhere to the Combined Code on Corporate Governance, by promoting best practice on remuneration, strategy and succession planning, and by exercising our clients’ voting rights. More information.

• Through our engagement with companies and other stakeholders on social, ethical and environmental issues such as climate change, consumer health, and other corporate responsibility issues. More information
