Crédit Agricole Asset Management (CAAM)
Crédit Agricole Asset Management Group is Crédit Agricole Group’s asset management holding arm, which won the “Bank of the year world-wide” award from The Banker for environmental and social responsibility on the 28th November 2007. With a total of €481,7 billion of assets under management as at 31 March 2008, CAAM Group is the N°1 in Europe (1) and N°1 in France (2) in mutual funds. It has over 2,312 employees, including 602 investment professionals dedicated to portfolio management.
CAAM Group’s subsidiaries offer a complete line of investment products for:
- the regional banking networks of Crédit Agricole, LCL and the international retail banking subsidiaries of Crédit Agricole group
- institutional investors, large corporate accounts and third-party distributors in France and abroad.
CAAM Group is active in more than 20 countries (Europe, Asia-Pacific, North America, the Middle East and North Africa).
CAAM Group was the first company, in France, in 2000, to create a dedicated sustainability research team in charge of the analysis of environmental, social and governance criteria and the exercice of voting rights. CAAM Group signed the Principles of Responsible Investment (PRI) on 2 May 2006.
