Adrian led the research and drafting of the recently published Eurosif product ‘EU Legal Briefing’. Prior to working as an independent researcher, Adrian was a Corporate Associate with Debevoise & Plimpton where he specialized in the Finance practice group. In that capacity he helped to negotiate multi-million dollar credit agreements on behalf of top-tier private equity groups to finance leveraged acquisitions.

Adrian has a J.D. from Yale University and B.S. from MIT. He is a member of the New York State bar and has passed the admission exam to the Paris bar. He is a native French speaker with working knowledge of German, Spanish and Italian.
